Since 1980, Thirumalai Chemicals has been recruiting young college and school graduates – over 50 a year – as trainees, to build a pool of well-trained staff for different activities in various fields.

The duration of our training programme is 18 months. Most of the trainees are competent enough to work independently in their assigned jobs within 6 months.

Among the hundreds of such trainees many are still working in the Company, and others enrich companies in India, Europe, US and the Middle East.  

Trainees who have completed the programme in TCL are valued for their attitude and competency, and are rated 'exceptional' by their employers.
